ELEMENT is a visual-practice study that follows the quiet, complete life cycle of a single gourd leaf — growth, fullness, withering, decay — and treats it as a subject worthy of sustained attention.
The observation is translated across media: a 10-metre painted scroll, a series of twenty plates, and a bedding installation — turning a small natural process into an immersive meditation on time and impermanence.
